About The Author
Lisa Farringer Parker is a successful attorney and author. A former professor of writing at Arizona State University, she has appeared on CNN and is a regular contributor to the Arizona Republic. She holds a master’s degree in history from Arizona State University and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. After graduating from law school she spent twelve years in Washington D.C. working in high-level positions at the Department of Justice and the Department of Interior. She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She now lives in Paradise Valley, Arizona, with her husband, Vernon B. Parker, the former mayor, and her two children, Sonya and Ian. Jutta Bolle is her mother and Heti and Johannes Bolle are her grandparents. Angels in the Darkness is her first book.
